Tasks
Were looking to find a passionate frontend developer who gets excited about building multiple state of the art and usercentric SPAs in React
- You take ownership of designing and improving the frontend architecture of our platform
- Be a pragmatic handson frontend developer who also loves continuously improving the codebase of our React apps
- You love to work super closely with UX and backend specialists to find the best tradeoffs in terms of technology and user experience
Requirements
You Should Have
- A rather broad range of experience in modern web technologies and consider yourself a versatile allrounder with deep knowledge of how to build stable frontend apps
- You are proficient with React TypeScript GraphQL or similar technologies
- You are comfortable to work in a cocreative environment with direct communication feedback and flat structures
Itd Be Nice If You Had
- Interest in learning the basics of backend development with Python/Django
- Knowledge in building PWAs and perhaps publishing them in app stores
- Experience mentoring less experienced developers

Our Process
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Our hiring process consists of four stages which can be completed within two weeks:
- HR interview: This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to introduce you to Apryl and ensure your enthusiasm about joining our team. Well also assess whether our expectations align. This interview will be conducted by our people manager.
- Technical interview & Live Case challenge: This conversation is an opportunity for us to introduce you to Apryl and ensure your technical fit with our team. Well also assess whether our expectations align. You will also engage in a live technical case challenge that evaluates how you structure analyze and communicate around a given frontend programming topic. This discussion will take place with our Product Team.
- Founders interview: In this stage youll have a conversation with Jenny CoFounder and CEO and Tobias CoFounder and COO to delve deeper into the role your values your impressions from the previous interviews and any questions or thoughts you have.
- Reference calls: Jenny and Tobias will conduct brief 15minute reference calls with two of your former direct supervisors. Please provide the contact information for these references in your application.
