Il ruolo
All’interno del team avrai l’opportunità di occuparti di:
- Consulenza alle imprese in tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita fiscale (a livello nazionale);
- Consulenza fiscale in materia di imposte dirette (IRES/IRAP);
- Operazioni societarie straordinarie (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti e cessioni di azienda, cessioni/scambi di azioni, ecc.);
- Ottimizzazione della tassazione nelle riorganizzazioni aziendali domestiche e pareristica su problematiche fiscali italiane;
- Predisposizione dei modelli dichiarativi;
