Job Description
- Manage the inspection and maintenance of buildings systems and engineering assets to standards
- Interface with the station's users including PBU, security, tenants, and follow-up with the users’ requests and work orders
- Investigate and diagnose faulty systems
- Manage the prioritization of work and delivery to plan through a multi-disciplinary team, check and inspect the contractor's performance, including PPM and CM activities
