Exchange Engineer - Active TSSCI with CI Poly

Our work depends on an Exchange Engineer joining our team to support Government activities in Washington D.C. Sterling V.A. or Annapolis Junction M.D. As an Exchange Engineer supporting the Government you will be trusted with engineering solutions for email systems email retention systems archival technologies authentication innovation etc. In this role a typical day may include:

Develop solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Design deploy integrate and maintain on/off premise Exchange Solutions.

Update and maintain Exchange PowerShell Scripts that manage and maintain the production Exchange Environments

Design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems

Analyze customer requirements concept of operations documents and highlevel system architectures to develop system requirements specifications

Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities

Perform continual maintenance and provide complex solutions for security backup and redundancy problems.

Guide users in formulating requirements advise alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies

Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements design and technology

Incorporate new plans designs and systems into ongoing operations

Develop system architecture and system design documentation

Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans

Interact with the program personnel Government and senior executives regarding engineering technical considerations and for associated problems issues or conflicts

Requirements

Requirements

High School and 14 years of experience / Associates Degree and 12 years of experience/ Bachelor s Degree and 10 years of experience / Masters degree and 8 years of experience / PHD and 6 years of experience

Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision

Experience with Exchange Server versions: design install configuration maintenance performance tuning migration and upgrades to server

Knowledge of ATO and Project Management processes and experience in certifying products for use in production networks

Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and the integration process of Enterprise Vault into Exchange Environments
