Job Description:

Commissiononly Salesperson for SaaS license & Services selling in INDIA.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven commissiononly salesperson to join our SaaS business team in INDIA. As a commissiononly salesperson your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and secure clients for our SaaS business services. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a targetdriven environment and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect identify and approach potential clients within the Indian market.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the clients industry needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Present and sell our SaaS services to prospective clients showcasing the benefits and value they offer.
  • Negotiate and close deals within a specific time period.
  • Collaborate closely with the backend team to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and fulfilled.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a commissionbased salesperson preferably in the IT product or IT service industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a competitive and resilient mindset.
  • Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A solid understanding of the SaaS industry Industry best practices and market trends.
  • Knowledge of relevant highlevel understanding of the Technology i.e. Cloud Computing.


Prerequisites:

  • Should have more than 5 years of experience in B2B sales in INDIA.
  • Must have his/her own setup to execute daytoday operation as a selfemployed person remotely from his/her residence.
  • Should have prior experience of at least 5 years as a salesperson in Indian IT Industry.
  • Must have his/her own PAN GST and Bank Account in INDIA.
  • Any specialised certification on Digital Marketing or Inside Sales.

Note:

As a commissiononly salesperson you will not receive a base salary and will solely rely on earning commissions based on the sales you generate. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process. This is purely contractual assignment.

We pay recurring commission every month for each contract we close with your help and we will continue to pay commission every month for any renewal of the deal. You have a potential of hefty income from commission between 75000.00 and 100000.00 per month very easily if you are good at sales. We also do not impose any sales target; it is your selfimposed target based on how much you want to earn in a year.
