- Possess a Safe Agile certification with handson experience in implementing and managing Safe Agile frameworks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in guiding and coaching teams through Agile practices to achieve project success.
- Manage endtoend project lifecycles ensuring delivery within scope time and budget constraints.
- Utilize Jira/Jira Align or similar Safe supporting tools to streamline project tracking and management.
- Oversee and collaborate with vendors and System Integrators (SIs) to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Proactively manage relationships contracts and deliverables with external partners.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer.
Knowledge of Sourcetopay processes and tools contributing to efficient project execution.
- Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or a related field.
- Safe Agile Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on Safe Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira/Jira Align or similar Agile project management tools.
- Handson experience with Tempo Enterprise Insights Oracle Fusion/Financials and Sourcetopay tools.
