Job Title: Customer Service Executive Tamil Language Voice Process

Salary: Up to 22000 INR
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for our Tamil Language Voice Process. As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Tamilspeaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Assistance: Handle inbound calls from Tamilspeaking customers addressing their queries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  2. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex problems to higher authorities for resolution.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints for future reference and analysis.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies in every customer interaction maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  6. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Technical Support Sales and Operations to resolve customer issues efficiently and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns trends and suggestions for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Tamil language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
  3. Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred but not mandatory.
  4. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide quick and effective solutions.
  5. Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
