SAP SD Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP SD team in the design configuration and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
• Must be aware of the new features of S4 Hana
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and align SAP SD solutions accordingly.
• Oversee the maintenance enhancement and continuous improvement of SAP SD functionalities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP SD solutions with business goals.
• Provide guidance and expertise in leveraging SAP SD capabilities to optimize ordertocash processes.
• Ensure compliance with standards policies and procedures related to SAP SD implementation and usage.
• Manage and prioritize SAP SD enhancement requests bug fixes and system upgrades.
• Lead and mentor the SAP SD team providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support integration and interface requirements related to SAP SD.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations goalsetting and feedback sessions for the SAP SD team.
• Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking related to SAP SD roadmap and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze SAP SD system performance identifying and addressing issues and bottlenecks.
• Prepare and manage the SAP SD budget ensuring costeffective utilization of resources.
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP SD environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration or relevant field.
• Proven experience (8 years) in SAP SD implementation customization and support.
• Experience in SAP SD skills like Pricing credit management rebates consignment batch management deliveries and Billing
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role preferably in an SAP environment.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP SD configuration integration and best practices.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to sales distribution and order management.
• Experience in leading SAP SD projects including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams and individuals.
• a proven track record of team leadership mentorship and talent development.
• Project management expertise with the ability to drive initiatives within scope time and budget constraints.
• Relevant certifications in SAP SD or related modules would be an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
• Strong analytical and decisionmaking capabilities with a focus on driving business outcomes.
• Experience in SAP SD system performance monitoring tuning and optimization.
• Adaptability to changing business priorities and technology landscapes.
