Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial models for PPP projects ensuring robust analysis and forecasting.
• Provide financial feasibility studies for potential PPP ventures assessing risks and returns.
• Investment plans financial operating plans and revenue enhancement measures including through property tax.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for PPP opportunities.
• Negotiate financial terms of agreements with private sector partners and financial institutions.
• Assess and manage financial risks associated with PPP projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to structure financing packages and secure funding for PPP initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor financial performance of PPP projects and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of PPP models and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field.
• Masters degree or MBA with a specialization in finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in finance with a focus on PPP projects and infrastructure finance.
• Minimum 9 years experience in carrying out financial modelling project structuring and handling transactions for infrastructure projects including the successful closure of at least 2 PPP projects.
• Experience in at least 3 assignments supporting ULBs in municipal finance capital
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and analysis.
• a proven track record in structuring and executing project financing for largescale infrastructure projects.
• Thorough understanding of publicprivate partnership models and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in dealing with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
• Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools for modelling and analysis.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities in complex financial scenarios.
• Professional certifications such as CFA CPA or equivalent are desirable.
