Key Responsibilities

• Lead the endtoend implementation of Ariba procurement solutions including design configuration testing and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Ariba platform
• The integration involved direct connectivity between Ariba Sourcing and SAP ECC systems without middleware.
• New formulas and terms were adopted in five different sourcing templates to calculate landed cost for various types of materials automatically.
• Developed a new reporting structure in accordance with the client s requirements to calculate spend based on category commodity supplier and region.
• Configure and customize Ariba modules based on the organizations specific procurement processes and requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise in Ariba best practices guiding stakeholders through process improvements and system optimizations
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Ariba configuration processes and user guides
• Conduct system testing identify and resolve issues and ensure successful integration with existing systems
• Train endusers and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting postimplementation
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of Ariba with other enterprise systems
• Stay current with Ariba platform updates and enhancements and provide recommendations for system optimization
• Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of Ariba tools and processes within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3 years of handson experience in Ariba procurement implementation and configuration
• Strong understanding of Ariba modules such as Sourcing Contracts Buying Invoicing and Supplier Management
• Proficiency in SAP integration with Ariba and experience in SAP Ariba integration projects
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Ariba system configurations
• Experience with system testing troubleshooting and providing enduser support
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
• Certification in Ariba Procurement Solution is an advantage
• Proven project management skills and ability to drive successful endtoend implementations
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to system optimization and process improvement
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality solutions
