Supplier Quality Engineer

What youll do:

• Give direction in measuring and testing product with tabulating data concerning materials product for supplier quality and reliability.
  
• Assist with developing systems processes tracking shipping pokeyoke & mistake proofing.
• Perform audits and PFMEA go and see as applicable for new projects or NCM follow up.
• Define the Incoming Inspection / Dock Audit Report template and manage the Interim Inspection Plan at the supplier as applicable.
• Participate in rating for Supplier Quality Project and responsiveness performance.

What is required:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering required
• Experience for minimum 3 yearsinAutomotive industry and/or engineering experience
• Stamping experience will be a plus
• Proficiency in GD&TPFMEArootcause analysis and corrective measuresNCM follow up and supplier managment
• Working with suppliers remotely & visit when needed. Travel 35% is expected
