What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent preferred
- Evidence of exceptional ability managing multiple complex programs/projects simultaneously
- Min 7 years experience in Engineering, Program Management, and/or Manufacturing
- Executive level communication skills, both verbal and written to both technical and non-technical team members
- Thorough understanding of product validation processes, production operations, DFM, material movement, etc.
