Warehouse Associate

INQM is looking for a Warehouse Associate.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Packaging Line Supervisor this position is responsible for performing a variety of general labor duties in the packaging area such as grading and stacking brick into monorail boxes as directed by supervisor toss brick that does not meet quality standards onto grog for recycling. This position supports the packaging department in all areas of the plant and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity Safety Respect Customer Focus Quality Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: General

Grade and stack brick into the monorail boxes
Toss brick that does not meet quality standards onto grog
Move down the packaging line one station at a time as the crew moves
Move the kiln car up to access the brick hacks as the crew runs out of brick
Stack brick in the monorail brick boxes
Add shrink bag to brick cubes
Clean under the monorail platform or around kiln cars or conveyor belts
Hammer stuck brick
Load and unload dry tumbler
Stock paper and boards into jigs
Pull pallets into jigs
Maintains work area according to company specifications for cleanliness and safety
All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representative
Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
Regular attendance is required
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Requires onthejob training to be able to perform duties
Must be able to communicate effectively with peers customers and superiors.
Must be able to speak effectively read write and have basic math skills
Ability to follow simple instructions
Regular attendance is required.
