Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Execute general cleaning tasks including mopping and dusting.
  
• Address minor repairs such as fixing a broken lock.
  
• Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify potential issues.
  
• Travel to diverse scattered sites to conduct maintenance activities.
  
• Independently manage tasks due to the dispersed nature of the sites.
  
• Participate in an oncall rotation every 46 weeks.
  
• Possess and maintain personal tools and a vehicle.
  
• While not mandatory certifications are highly advantageous.
  
• Directly report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  

Requirements:

• 34 years of experience in property management maintenance.
  
• Proficient expertise required; not suitable for beginners.
  
• Completion of Drug Testing Background Screening and DMV verification prior to the offer.
