OP/clinic has MA/RVT and clinic manager and front desk staff.
Required Procedures:
Gtube changes and PICCs.
Angio CT CTA Angioplast
Endovenous Laser Treatment Stent Chemoembolization Embolization GI/GU Intervention.
Needle Biopsy Thrombolysis UFE Kyphoplasty
EMR: Epic
Other Info: Hospital is not a trauma center.
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
IN License
BC/BE in ABR
IR Fellowship
ACLS
