This is a fulltime onsite role as a Project Scheduler. In this Project Scheduler role you will be immersed in our client s environment working onsite and becoming an integral part of their project teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate project schedules ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and within the set timelines. You will be the linchpin that connects various project elements fostering seamless communication between clients and project teams. Your keen eye for identifying operational enhancements will play a crucial role in driving our client s success. By delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations you will not only support our client s projects but also contribute significantly to their overall operational excellence.

  • Develop maintain and manage detailed project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project staff for accurate and timely project details.
  • Perform critical path analysis and provide schedule progress reports.
  • Provide input to project management for planning and advise project teams.


Requirements

  • Minimum two years of college education with an Associate s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Project Scheduling preferably with K12 school building projects.
  • Proficiency in Oracle P6 Adobe Reader and MS Suite.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.


Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Project Scheduling, preferably with K-12 school building projects. Proficiency in Oracle P6, Adobe Reader, and MS Suite. Knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
