Hiring Store Manager for one of the Womens innerwear brand!
About the Employer: One of the leading brand in Womens innerwear. This company is dealing in Womens and Mens innerwear and essential wear. They have retail stores across PAN India.
Job Role: Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Store Profitability.
- Motivating training of store team to deliver the target.
- Responsible for Maintaining Store Standards as per Company Policy along with Space Efficiency Customer Satisfaction & Employee Satisfaction.
- Handling customer queries and issues.
- Able to analyze reports and make required improvements.
- Supporting in hiring the right talent.
Requirements
1. Only Female Candidates can apply.
2. Must have experience of handling store operations in Lingerie / Inner Wear/ Essential Wear/ Apparel industry.
3. Age should be maximum 32 years
4. Should be comfortable with the job timiming 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. ( till store closing)
5. Should be comfortable with working 12 hours for 1 day in every week.

Qualification : MBA Retail / Sales & Marketing Only from Retail background.
