Role: SAP HANA Version 2022 Open Text / VIM Support
Location: Remote
Duration: Parttime
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
SCOPE:
Review of configuration S4 HANA v1809 to S4 HANA v2022 to validate document processing and FIORI works the same as current configuration in S4 HANA v1809. In November 2021 UNICOR upgraded their ERP system SAP from ECC 6.0 to S4 HANA 1809 in a private government AWS cloud. UNICOR utilized Open Text and VIM to link scanned documents to our accounts payable processing within S4 HANA v1809 to replace our ReadSoft software used in our Legacy system SAP ECC 6.0. In November 2023 UNICOR will upgrade to S4 HANA 2022 version 0 no enhancement packs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with SAP Open Text / VIM
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA v1809
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA v2022
- Be an SAP Partner Solution
- Experience with Federal Prison Industries is preferred
TASKS:
- Allows the end user to have the same experience with data as they did in S4 HANA v1809.
- Complete upgrade to Version 2022 and maintain compliance with JMD mandates for software support
- Actively link documentation created in SAP S4 HANA so approximately 6000 invoices per month are processed using Open Text/VIM
- Perform workflow approvals as currently configured
