Job Description:
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in Solaris to support and maintain Solarisbased systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware components including servers storage and network devices.
- Implement and manage virtualization technologies in Solaris such as Containers zones and LDOMs (Logical Domains).
- Diagnose and resolve system and softwarerelated issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design implement and maintain Solarisbased solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a subject matter expert in Solaris.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Solaris SPARC hardware (M series and T series) and software configurations in Solaris environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex system issues and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Indepth understanding of Solaris virtualization concepts including Containers zones and LDOMs.
- Experience with server hardware configurations and network architecture.
- Experience in large environments on migrations and tech refreshes
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
