ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Minimum of 35 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Functional Analyst.
Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Proficient in configuring and customizing ServiceNow instances to meet business needs.
Ability to conduct process analysis and optimization to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
Skill in designing userfriendly and intuitive UIs within the ServiceNow platform.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers.
Demonstrated ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for configurations processes and user guides.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues in ServiceNow configurations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers architects and project managers.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Positions Contributions to Work Group:
Plays a crucial role in understanding business processes requirements and translating them into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and process requirements.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed and accurate requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
Design and configure data models and define relationships dependencies between data elements.
Create and modify workflows to automate business processes. Define approval processes task sequences and automation rules.
Configure ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements utilize outofthebox features and functionalities to meet needs.
Configure ServiceNow forms lists and UI components to enhance user experience. Ensure that the UI aligns with the branding and usability standards.
Work closely with technical teams developers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Develop and execute test plans to validate that ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with users to perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create documentation for configurations workflows and processes.
Provide training to endusers on new features and functionalities.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and new features.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimization.
Develop user stories and document acceptance criteria.
Provide clarification to development team regarding user stories and acceptance criteria.
