Tasks

• New business generation
  
• Lead on establishing a thriving commercial team; springboarding off the existing relationships and infrastructure.
  
• Liaise with clients on listing assets for disposal and leasing.
  
• Manage a database of consumers and businesses.
  
• Arranging and conducting property inspections.
  
• Negotiating and handling offers.
  
• Liaising with tenants and buyers on progression.
  
• Updating clients on market conditions.
  
• Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
