Property Manager

Job Description: Property Manager (MonFri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee properties within the assigned portfolio.
• Handle tenant relations and address any concerns or issues.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage contracts lease agreements and other propertyrelated documents.
• Handle rent collection and manage financial records.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are wellmaintained.
• Resolve any disputes or conflicts between tenants or with the landlord.
• Stay updated with market trends and recommend rental rates to optimize property revenue.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Understanding of relevant landlordtenant laws and regulations.

Desired Experience:

• At least 12 years of experience in property management.
• Proven track record in managing residential or commercial properties.
• Experience in rent collection budgeting and financial management.
