Were searching for highly skilled Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. Were looking for someone who can bring their expertise in developing and maintaining applications focusing on delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of fintech. You can expect to:

• Design and develop robust and scalable backend services focusing on data pipelines SQL and infrastructurerelated tasks.
• Implement and optimize databases and data storage solutions for high performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data workflows ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the backend infrastructure.
• Identify and implement best practices for backend development and data handling.
• Proactively explore new technologies and approaches to enhance application performance and scalability.

• 5 years working on production web applications
• Can be autonomous and solve problems independently
• Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products
• Strong experience in backend development especially with SQL and data pipeline design.
• Proficiency in serverside languages like Go Python or Node.js.
• Experience with database design implementation and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure).
• Strong problemsolving skills and autonomy in technical decisionmaking.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Passion for building efficient reliable and scalable backend systems.

Bonus:

• Strong understanding of React
• Experience with blockchain technology or cryptorelated projects.
• Contributions to opensource projects or component libraries.
