We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) starting as of now

Tasks

Your mission:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts and letters with legal content
• Review and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Organize and maintain case files related to intellectual property contracts and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide uptodate information on legal matters
• Manage client relationships by ensuring timely and accurate communication within the context of the companys unique circumstances
• Work closely with outside legal counsel and provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and managing legal correspondence
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and presentations for meetings and general assemblies
• Assisting in setting up and managing a legal database
• Providing legal advice to senior management

Requirements

Your skills:

• Completed training as a lawyer or paralegal; professional experience an advantage
• High level of discretion with precise and careful way of working
• High level of commitment flexibility organizational and allrounder talent
• Very good knowledge in MSOffice 365 application (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Native speaker of German and English French language an advantage
• Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure outdoor sports young & dynamic)
