Experience :

  • A proven sales closer.
  • 5 years of enterpriselevel Professional Services sales experience
  • Experience selling to Business Leadership CDO and CTO
  • Experience in working with presales solution principles and practices and collaborating with teams to collectively close opportunities.
  • Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry/vertical
  • Handson experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Responsibilities :

  • Senior Client Partner handles 23 accounts with a P&L of $5M$10M.
  • Carry a $6MM quota once fully ramped. First year quota will be ramped up at $3MM
  • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships build a portfolio up to $10M own the opportunity management cycle
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required opportunities to be pursued price decisions etc.
  • Strong focus on CRM hygiene (close dates and deal sizing)
  • Collaborating with presales solution principles and practices to collectively close opportunities.
  • Understanding the client needs and being curious about why the client is asking specific questions and anticipating client questions and concerns.
  • Strong record keeping notes taking and documenting client needs.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention

Skills Required :

  • Being curious about the client and client needs.
  • Researching client organization interview partners and clients to understand client prospective and needs.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Persistent followups and staying on top of pipeline.
  • Interacts well with both technical and nontechnical customers attains relevant technical and business requirements analyzes information and designs comprehensive solutions.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to effectively develop appropriate materials for the audience and evangelize best practices.
  • Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and be a selfstarter prioritize multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
