Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in sales and business development within the consumer-packaged goods industry, specifically in the food and convenience sector.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. Food and Convenience Channel and the Canadian market, including key players, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to lead without direct authority, especially as it relates to external sales agencies.
