Account Manager - Domain Marketplace

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Marketplace Seller Liaison to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with Domain Investors managing key accounts onboarding new sellers tracking progress solving customer issues and monitoring feedback. You must have hands on experience with Domain Investing and Aftermarket Domains.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
3 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of success in customer service or account management
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

We are open to considering remote candidates for this position although our preference is for the role to be based in Chicago (Hoffman Estates).
