Our client a wellestablished commercial janitorial services company based in Plano Texas has built a legacy of delivering impeccable cleaning solutions to various commercial venues. As they chart their course toward further expansion they are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Operations Manager (Spanish) with a strong background in recruitment and quality control to join their vibrant team.


Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in streamlining operations enhancing client relationships recruiting quality contractors and upholding the highest standards of service delivery. This position demands a unique blend of talent in team management recruitment and customer service particularly within the service industries. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of recruiting independent contractors through social media platforms (such as Facebook) for roles in painting cleaning construction landscaping roofing etc. and demonstrate exceptional tenure in previous roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the seamless functioning of the operations department.
  • Supervise and develop the Operations Associate team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Spearhead recruitment efforts particularly through social media to onboard skilled independent contractors in various service industries.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and service delivery.
  • Create schedules conduct site inspections and manage customer and contractor complaints efficiently.
  • Engage proactively with contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and highquality service delivery.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to customer retention strategies.
  • Handle complaint resolutions promptly ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.




Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required).
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting through social media platforms with a focus on service industries.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive solutionsfocused mindset.
  • Proven job tenure and a track record of reliability and excellence in previous roles.
  • Ability to take control of situations ensuring customer and contractor satisfaction.
  • Experience in team development and a hardworking humble attitude.
  • Willingness to travel around the DFW metroplex (travel constitutes 85% of the job).
  • Availability to work after hours as needed.
  • Valid drivers license.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in operations or facilities management preferably within the janitorial or commercial cleaning services industry.
  • Proficiency in using AirTable Facebook for recruiting and other software applications is a plus.
