Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for the SAP Concur platform
• Configure customize and optimize Concur solutions to align with business processes
• Lead and support Concur implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Concur system issues
• Continuously analyze and improve processes related to expense travel and invoice management
• Train endusers and provide ongoing support to maximize the platforms utilization
• Develop and maintain Concur system documentation including policies and procedures
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Concur with other enterprise systems
• Stay updated with Concur system updates best practices and industry trends
• Participate in testing quality assurance and audit activities related to Concur solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
• 5 years of experience in SAP Concur administration configuration and support
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP Concur implementation projects
• Strong understanding of business processes related to expense travel and invoice management
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Certification in SAP Concur or relevant credentials is a plus
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
