Overview:

The SALES MANAGERRUBBERWALA plays a critical role in leading the sales team and maximizing revenue for Rubberwala a leading provider of rubber products. This role involves spearheading sales strategies building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and its products.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the sales process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the rubber industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a highperformance sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles methods practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market analysis forecasting and budgeting.
  • Understanding of rubber products and their applications.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
