The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the nursing home including overseeing staff budgeting and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Main responsibilities of the Care Home Manager:

• Manage the daytoday operations of the home.
  
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
  
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
  
• Develop and manage budgets.
  
• Oversee staffing training and performance management of staff.
  
• Maintain relationships with residents families and community partners.
  
• Develop marketing plans to increase occupancy rates.
  

The Key Skills required for the Care Home Manager (Essential):

• Previous Care Home management experience
  
• Must have elderly care management experience with SSSC and Care Inspectorate
  
• Level 5 SVQ in Health and Social Care
