Project Manager Airports

• Management and supervision of the Airside subcontractor's quality management • Progress tracking and application for payment management • Site engineering coordination and task management alongside project planning for assigned activities alongside the management of the assigned technical work force and customer satisfaction. • Ownership of the financial performance of the assigned project by means of monitoring financial performance on a monthly basis and reviewing estimates versus actuals across the project deck to continuously improve Install operational metrics • Participate in the estimation review process prior to the quotation of any jobs or contracts in order to ensure that labour estimates are correct and that the work is achievable from a technical perspective. Ensure that subcontracts quotations, where applicable, are complete and documented. • Ensure projects are resourced properly whilst developing effective partnerships with subcontractors and HAIL to ensure the availability of an adequate pool of resources.
