Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an IT Strategy Consultant you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of information technology. You will collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement strategic IT initiatives that align with their business objectives drive innovation and optimize overall performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
   

   • Work closely with senior management to understand business goals and objectives.
     
   • Develop comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
     
   • Identify and prioritize key IT initiatives to support organizational growth and efficiency.
     

2. Technology Assessment:
   

   • Evaluate existing IT infrastructure systems and processes.
     
   • Conduct technology assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
     
   • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends providing recommendations for adoption.
     

3. Risk Management:
   

   • Assess potential risks associated with IT initiatives and propose risk mitigation strategies.
     
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
     
   • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
     

4. Change Management:
   

   • Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies.
     
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during technology implementations.
     
   • Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff proficiency with new technologies.
     

5. Cost Optimization:
   

   • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in IT operations.
     
   • Develop budgetary projections and costbenefit analyses for proposed IT initiatives.
     
   • Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure costeffective solutions.
     

6. Client Engagement:
   

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their unique business needs.
     
   • Act as a trusted advisor providing insights and recommendations for ITrelated challenges.
     
   • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
     

7. Performance Measurement:
   

   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT strategies.
     
   • Monitor and analyze performance metrics making adjustments as needed.
     
   • Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress of IT initiatives.
     

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as an IT Strategy Consultant or in a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure enterprise architecture and emerging technologies.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Dutch or French
  
• Project management experience and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Certifications such as ITIL PMP or TOGAF are a plus.
