Freelance Visual Designer Remote

This is a remote position.

• Create designs oriented towards CRM communication to reach specific segments of customers based around campaigns and launches. Work with social media platforms email banners and all kinds of CRM communications and specifications.
  
• Work on different phases and launches simultaneously.
  
• Help evolve these communications into experiences that continually drive brand love and loyalty while supporting marketing and business objectives and priorities.
  
• Contribute to the creation and definition of flexible design systems and visual languages.
  
• Define art direction and evolve existing visual centres and guidelines.
  
• Work closely with the Design Director and Creative Director to push the design craft and execute the creative vision.
  
• Take an active part in presentations.
  
• Explain and articulate design decisions and rationale with confidence.

Requirements

• 3 years of agency or similar experience.
  
• Experience in CRM creative communication.
  
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience.
  
• Advanced command of Adobe CC Figma and Keynote.
  
• Advanced level of English.
  
• Animation and motion graphics experience.
  
• Experience in working with Art Directors or Art Direction briefs.
