WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Providing elite service to internal and external clients
  
• Communicating with clients on needs lists loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message
  
• Reviewing and learning investor guidelines lending policies required documentation and policies and procedures of Gapital
  
• Applying knowledge to detailed loan analyses to offer effective preunderwriting needs lists and postunderwriting conditions lists
  
• Developing strong computer skills including internet knowledge
  
• Managing multiple priorities while building rapport with clients
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain knowledge of program guidelines lender overlays and industry standards
  
• Review loan documents for completeness legibility and consistency
  
• Review AUS
  
• Prepare underwriting package with a full readyfordocs loan package
  
• Review conditional approvals and generate conditions list to borrower(s) escrow title realtors etc.
  
• Submit conditions to Underwriter and prepare file for closing
  
• Manage and keep an extremely organized pipeline
  
• Correspond with LOs Escrow Title other 3rd party vendors lenders AEs underwriters etc.
  
• Keep accurate and specific loan notes in the CRM
  
• Maintain a reputation for excellent customer service
  
• Meet contingency and loan deadlines
  
• Keep borrower informed about the status of the loan process.
  
• Monitor rate lock expiration dates
  

Requirements

• 1 years of relevant mortgage experience
  
• Client service experience (phone and email)

• Knowledge of Conventional FHA and VA guidelines
