DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and manage the creation of captivating content for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials; • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, agencies, franchisors, to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels; • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights, leveraging this data to refine marketing strategies; • Improve and maintain social media presence i.e. Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, SnapChat etc; • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum return and achieve marketing goals; • Direct social media management, ensuring consistent posting, community engagement, and strategic use of social media advertising; • Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners and landlords (malls) to enhance brand visibility and media coverage; • Develop and implement a content calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. Create a regular publishing schedule; • Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to boost foot traffic and enhance customer loyalty; • Analyze marketing data to generate regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to senior management; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies, providing proactive suggestions for continuous improvement; • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant course; • Proven working experience in a senior marketing role; with a preference for experience in the hospitality and beauty industries; • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from conceptual design to execution; • A creative thinker with strategic vision who translate ideas and executes according to marketing plans; • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement; • Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions; • Good understanding of graphic design principles; • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities; • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at a time; • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and skilled at budget management; • Ability to think out of the box and infuse creativity in every approach.
