People Relations Specialist

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Responsibilities of People Relations Specialist

• Provide support to employees and managers (M6 and below) in the application of Coinbase HR policies and procedures
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and practices
• Perform intake and recommendations related to interpersonal conflicts and potential policy breaches escalating issues to the appropriate DRI (HRBP Legal)
• Ensure managers are following Coinbase performance management procedures including documentation case management and corrective action plans
• Use level of judgment to determine and facilitate outcomes of performance improvement plans including termination of employment
• Maintain People Relations playbooks and processes working with key stakeholders for input and signoff
• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees

Requirements for People Relations Specialist

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in human resources
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist HRBP or other HR specialist role
• Intermediate understanding of HR principles HRrelated laws and regulations
• Proficient in problem solving
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to develop clear and concise written communications
