Customer Success Manager
Thats why were expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team focusing on the Swedish market who speaks Swedish and English. Our goal is to create happy users with the most satisfying experience possible. Were on a mission to achieve this and were searching for individuals who are passionate about providing our customers and users with a worldclass onboarding experience .
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Implement and onboard new customers.
Help our customers use Teamtailor at its full potential with everything from integrations in our marketplace and best practices to training opportunities.
Work as a strategical advisor & goaloriented for our customers.
Work proactively with renewals.
Build strong relationships.
Find new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers in the form of expansion sales upselling/crossselling.
Track customers accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
Collect and analyze customers feedback and present it internally
Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction.
