With Nenda the customers get a better experience lower costs a service that is easier to use and more satisfied endcustomers basically its wins all around. Nendas journey has only just started though with the goal of delivering entertainment to commercial environments globally.

Nenda is the first to revolutionize the B2B streaming landscape and is quickly gaining ground. They are now entering a strong scaleup phase where you will be a key figure. The team currently consists of three people including this position.

In the role of Director Innovation & Technology:

As a Director Innovation/Technology you are a key player reporting to the CEO. You drive the technical innovation for Nenda solving complex problems defines and executes on the product roadmap creating creates massive value for endusers in multiple B2B segments. Since Nenda is the frontrunner you will be at the innovative front solving problems that no one else has.

You will be part of an expanding inhouse tech team of currently three managing the architecture and developing core Nenda components and features. You will work closely with all Nenda functions in a flat and transparent organization structure and culture.

Your profile:

You are commercially minded Director Innovation & Technology who doesnt mind getting your hands dirty. You are experienced from scaleups and has successfully built a high performing team.

You thrive in innovative environments creating groundbreaking or taking existing products to the next level. You are used to solving complex customer/commercial problems with technology and as a result creating substantial value.

You have a background as a developer are skilled in architectural design and you are proactively ensuring taking high quality products to market at the highest possible speed.

In this role your key responsibilities are:

• Lead and drive innovation from commercial need to execution and realization
• Create manage and execute on product roadmap based on commercial strategy and business development projects.
• Lead and take responsibility for the technical development ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Lead tobe architecture in a strategical and proactive manner.
• Proactively improving DevOps performance with the goal to efficiently and with high quality execute on product roadmap.
• Participate in DevOps including codereviews coding and solve technical problems together with the team.
• Proactively seek information from and ensure stakeholders having information necessary.
• Coordinate technical projects with suppliers/vendors and ensure their delivery.
• Proactively seek solutions to problems and seek groundbreaking technical solutions with high value to Nenda and its customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a handson driven and commercially minded previous CTO/Tech Lead (or similar).
• Thrives in roles driving innovation in a structured manner.
• Has recently been overall responsible for technology in a scaleup (10 MSEK of turnover).
• Is skilled and experienced in architectural design.
• Has developer background (3 years) and does not mind/enjoys coding.
• Has a university degree.
• Has been overall responsible for recruitment and has built a high performing tech team.
• Is a good communicator to stakeholders incl. employees colleagues and third parties.
• Has had overall responsibility for the product roadmap.
• Can break down complex commercial ideas into clearly defined products to execute efficiently upon and realize successfully.
• Has proven negotiation skills in (complex) partnerships or purchasing processes with vendors.
• Is proactively seeking solutions to drive innovation and groundbreaking products.
• Has indepth technical knowledge and development experience in one or more of following: Apps (SMARTTV phones tablets) video conferencing/calls hospitality TVsystems streaming (video) ads inventory and management systems.
• Have good knowledge of API structures and web development in React.js Node.js and cloud services.
