Luxer One is a leading smart locker company that provides secure automated delivery solutions to a multitude of industries across the United States & Canada. We seek a highly motivated enthusiastic and engaging Business Development Representative to join our team in Sacramento CA and help us expand our business into various commercial and office markets.

As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by conducting outbound emails and phone calls to potential clients. You will work both independently and with our sales & marketing teams to identify and qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives. Great chance to apply creativity and tact in broadcasting Luxer One s qualities and strong reputation to spark interest in prospects wanting to learn more about the value of Luxer One systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating and managing email campaigns and making follow up phone calls to potential clients in various commercial and office markets
  • Qualifying leads and identifying decisionmakers
  • Scheduling appointments and demos for our sales team
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly outreach & meeting quotas
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns
  • Staying uptodate on industry trends competitors and market conditions


Requirements

Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in sales business development or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Never give up attitude and embrace the challenge of cold outreach
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
