Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities of Flam at different times Maintain knowledge around metaverse web3.0 blockchain crypto and keeping the team updated In reality this role does not come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As a Founder s Office person you will be expected to have a whateverittakes approach to help the founders on some of the key business areas.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organisation A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company
- Produce monthly reports which include key metrics financial results and investor reports
- Assistance in sustaining investor relations fundraising and business development
- Coordinate with the teams tech product marketing teams to build and launch new products iterate to get to productmarket fit build strategic partnerships design gotomarket strategies and establish key business opportunities. Basically establish and track progress across multiple projects ( OKRs etc) and work with stakeholders across functions
- Strategy is great But operationalizing projects when they dont have a clearly defined owner is higher IMPACT!
