Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Customer Acquisition/Senior Counsellor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and providing expert counseling services in the education sector. If you have a passion for sales a proven track record in education counseling and the ability to lead a team we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate business relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  1. Education Counselling:
  • Provide expert guidance and counseling to prospective students helping them make informed decisions about educational programs.
  • Build strong relationships with students and their families to understand their needs and aspirations.
  • Stay knowledgeable about various educational courses programs and institutions.
  1. Sales Leadership:
  • Lead a sales team providing guidance training and motivation to ensure individual and team targets are met.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster longterm relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation/Post Graduation in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hardcore sales experience with at least 4 years in education counseling or hardcore sales.
  • Age above 26 years.
  • Only female candidates need to apply.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Indepth knowledge of the education sector and counseling practices.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Salary:
  • Competitive salary ranging from 30000 to 35000 per month.
