We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to manage our procurement processes. As a Purchasing Officer at Pristine Surface Coating you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services needed for our operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research to identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications. 3. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. 4. Evaluate and analyze supplier proposals bids and quotations to determine the best value. 5. Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and deliveries. 6. Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. 7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. 8. Evaluate supplier performance and address issues or concerns as needed. 9. Stay informed about market trends product availability and changes in pricing.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar procurement role. 2. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 3. Familiarity with procurement software and tools. 4. Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities. 5. Knowledge of supply chain management principles. 6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
