WLYD is HIRING a Customer Support Specialist!!!
Were WYLD the goto Visapowered payment card for Instagram influencers with over 1000 followers. Backed by industry leaders like Aman Gupta Beyounick and Malini Agarwal were on a mission to grow our vibrant team.
We are on the lookout for funloving energetic and enthusiastic people who are passionate and love talking to join our customer support team.
Your Role:
- Engage with our users through email WhatsApp phone and chat providing friendly and efficient support.
- Tackle technical challenges guide users with easytofollow solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Ensure every interaction is a positive and helpful experience for our users.
Who You Are:
- A people person who loves to chat and help others.
- A quick thinker with great problemsolving skills.
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly.
- Previous experience in customer support is a bonus but not a must.
