Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our
company.
Job Description: We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Administrative
Assistant to provide crucial support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant at Pristine
Surface Coating you will play a key role in maintaining smooth daytoday operations and
ensuring effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general administrative tasks including data entry filing and document
management.
2. Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and events.
3. Manage incoming calls emails and inquiries directing them to the appropriate
individuals.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
5. Assist in the organization and execution of company events.
6. Maintain office supplies and equipment ordering new supplies as needed.
7. Handle basic HRrelated tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with
onboarding processes.
8. Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
9. Assist in travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and other relevant software.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Knowledge of basic HR processes is a plus.e a summary of the role what success in the position looks like and how this role fits into the organization overall.
