About the Role:To assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in store & outdoor branding and POSM, in-store promotion acitivities with the Regional Sales team which will deliver overall increased sales growth and profit for Almarai.Requirements:Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: Hold a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, with a certification in category management.Have 3 - 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing (GCC) or sales promotions, with a preference for those with category management experience.Possess strong computer proficiency skills.Be fluent in English.Possess a high level of numeracy and analytical skills.Have effective influencing and negotiating skills.Display good communication and interpersonal skills.Deliver results within required deadlines.Assertive and a keen agent of change.Ability to work effectively within a team environment or independently. Proven record as an effective problem solver.Display effective planning and organisational skills. Self-motivated and creative.
