Your responsibilities:

• As a recruiter at the company youll not only work on attracting new clients but also be responsible for finding suitable candidates.
• Youll build relationships with clients and understand their needs like no other.At the same time youll identify and match talents with the perfect vacancies.
• Youll further expand the team and lead manage and coach the team.Creativity and proactivity are second nature to you.
• You think beyond traditional recruitment methods and find innovative ways to attract the best people.
• In the long term we aim for you as a recruiter to grow into a role as a coentrepreneur within the company.
• Youll have the opportunity to further develop your entrepreneurial skills and make a mark on the companys success.

Requirements:

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to become a coentrepreneur in the future.
• Experience as a recruiter with proven success in both attracting clients and finding suitable candidates.
• Experience as a people/consultant manager with P&L responsibility.
• Preferably Experience in Sales
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• A creative approach and willingness to think outside the box.
• Passion for the profession and the drive to achieve success.
