Your role at voiio:

As Product Lead at voiio youll play a pivotal role in bridging the vision of our leadership with the innovation of our tech team. Reporting directly to our CEO Bjrn and working in close collaboration with our CTO Johannes youll drive the development and success of new and existing products. Your focus will be on enhancing our platforms capabilities ensuring we deliver cuttingedge solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and their teams.

What makes your position unique:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.
• Define product roadmaps prioritize feature development and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
• Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends customer needs and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define product specifications and translate business needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Drive product innovation through experimentation prototyping and iterative development processes while balancing speed quality and scalability.
• Champion a customercentric approach to product development ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver tangible value.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success monitor product performance and iterate based on datadriven insights.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement learning and innovation within the product organization promoting collaboration transparency and accountability.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team providing insights and recommendations on product opportunities risks and investments.

Your standout qualities include:

• Degree in Business Engineering Computer Science MBA or related field.
• Startup Veteran: Proven track record of driving product development in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with proven success!
• Working with top management: Experience in working closely with Clevel executives to align product strategy with business goals.
• Hands on: Willingness and skill to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty in the product development process.
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills including the ability for compelling visual communication.
• Experience in setting and tracking OKRs to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
