Job Requirement:

• Business Process Analysis: Conduct indepth analysis of client business processes identify areas for improvement and design optimized workflows.

• Solution Design: Plan and lead workshops while gathering and understanding requirements ensuring a clients MLP is realised and delivered by technical team by fully understanding the use cases to help ensure best possible application design.

• System Integration: Work on integrating Pega applications with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

• Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document requirements translating them into features and User Stories that form the basis of their design.

• Project Leadership: Lead a team of business architects provide mentorship and ensure the support of solutioning and project planning phases.

• Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients understand their needs and provide expert advice on Pega solutions.

• Thought Leadership: Provides thoughtleadership to clients across the Water ecosystem presenting options for solving complex business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Pegabased solutions including developing shared / reusable components and accelerators.

• Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA).

• 2 years experience with Pega Infinity v8.x.

• Demonstrable experience leveraging DCO and mapping/defining Journey centric outcomes.

• 10 years of experience in business analysis and proven experience operating as a Lead Business Architect.

• Strong experience planning and delivering projects in a fully agile environment; preferably certified in a recognised Agile framework e.g. SAFe Agile Alliance.

• Knowledge of Pega Government Platform (PGP) and/or vertical applications like Customer Service.

• Ideal candidate has a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Digital Marketing Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
