CRM Developer Customer Relation Management Executive- Internship

This is a remote position.

CRM Developer Task involves following potentials by creating open activities for each of them and moving them through the different stages of the sales pipeline. Need to develop workflow rules for automation in Zoho CRM Exploring the possibilities for automating the various CRM activities Making submission for the given work

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Creating new Accounts Contacts Potential Quotation when needed.

2) Generating reports from the CRM on certain time period.

3) Understanding the workflow of a process and implementing the same in CRM.

4) Taking follow up on Leads Potential or any other open task.

5) Exploring the possibilities of automation for a set of task in CRM.

6) Webinar mass invitation sending through CRM.

7) Certificate sending to the webinar participants through CRM.

8) Email template creation for a specific workflow process in CRM.

Qualification: Any graduate

Shift Timing: 10 am to 3pm

If you are a candidate with strong theoretical dynamics knowledge, analytical minded and a competent Software Engineer with soft skills - then definitely apply. BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering. Masters in Computer Science are preferred or any relevant field Familiar with SDLC Confident, self starter with interest to learn. Should have passion to learn and to teach technologies. Must be able to perform tasks under general direction. Ability to communicate well in English - written and oral communication Must have a Computer, Smartphone and uninterrupted internet connection with noise cancellation headphones. Must have to be available from 1pm to 6pm everyday in virtual office Required Technical Skills: Knowledge of SDLC. Knowledge of SQL, ORM technologies. Proficiency in software engineering.
